 Planning begins 2 month from wedding day  Unlimited communication with coordinator  Planning Meeting on event site (Up to 2 hrs)  Complete vendor management (deliveries, set up, and strike times)  Detailed timeline provided to all vendors and client 2 weeks prior to the wedding  1 hour wedding rehearsal  Up to 12 hours onsite coordination  Monetary distributions to vendors (final payments and or tips)  Providing an emergency kit  Act as liaison between the wedding party and vendors  Ceremony, Cocktail and Reception management
