Applies only at selected venues*  Planning begins 2 month from wedding day  Wedding timeline preparation  General advice and consultation  Unlimited communication from Monday to Thursday with previous scheduling (Weekends are subject to events)  On-site Planning Meeting  Ceremony Rehearsal Coordination (Optional 1-Hour subject to planner's schedule)  Complete vendor management (deliveries, set up, and strike times)  Wedding Day Coordination (Up to 12 hours onsite coordination)  Oversee all payments to vendors  Assist setting up favors, welcome bags and/or gifts  Ceremony, Cocktail and Reception logistics management  Monetary distributions to vendors (Payments and or tips on wedding day)  2 Wedding Coordinators (Additional staff depending on guest count)  Provision of an emergency kit  Detailed timeline provided to all vendors and client 2 weeks prior to the wedding  Act as liaison between the clients, the vendors & the venue  Obtain and provide all the information needed from the vendors by the venue  Troubleshoot situations that may arise
