This service includes:  Find/Book ceremony and reception venue  Review Venue Agreements and compare estimates  Creation and execution of a design scheme  Establishing priorities, budget advisory and invoice tracking  Vendor recommendations, negotiations and bookings  Wedding timeline preparation  Attend vendor's meetings with or for you  Book bridal dress appointments and join the bride upon request.  General advice and consultation  Unlimited communication from Monday to Thursday with previous scheduling (Weekends are subject to events)  On-site Planning Meeting and Final Walkthrough Meeting  Etiquette information & Website recommendation  Assist with the Menu Selection & Attend menu tasting with the couple  Coordinating accommodation & transportation for the couple on their wedding day  Ceremony Rehearsal Coordination (Optional 1-Hour subject to planner's schedule)  Complete vendor management (deliveries, set up, and strike times)  Wedding Day Coordination (Up to 12 hours onsite coordination)  Oversee all payments to vendors  Assist setting up favors, welcome bags and/or gifts  Ceremony, Cocktail and Reception logistics management  Monetary distributions to vendors (Payments and or tips on wedding day)  2 Wedding Coordinators & 1 Bridal Valet (Additional staff depending on guest count)  Provision of an emergency kit  Detailed timeline provided to all vendors and client 2 weeks prior to the wedding  Act as liaison between the clients, the vendors & the venue  Obtain and provide all the information needed from the vendors by the venue  Troubleshoot situations that may arise  Assistance and Information to obtain the Marriage License (Optional) Add the All-Inclusive Weekend Package that includes the planning of the Rehearsal/Welcome dinner and/or Farewell Brunch.
